This is a project I've undertaken for another UK Garrison member. Unfortunately I didn't really keep a journal of its construction and progress but did keep a few photos which I've posted here.
First a head cast was taken
After some clay sculpting it was prepared for moulding
A fiber glass mould was made and a latex positive pulled from the mould
The paint job began
A test fitting before the final touch up and tenticle fitting
